CETPartnership Joint Call 2026 – Ευρωπαϊκή Σύμπραξη για τη Μετάβαση στην Καθαρή Ενέργεια
Υποστήριξη ερευνητικών και καινοτομικών έργων (RDI, TRL 3-8) για τη μετάβαση στην καθαρή ενέργεια, μέσω διακρατικών συμπράξεων στο πλαίσιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Σύμπραξης CETP.
Περιγραφή προγράμματος
Πρόσκληση έτους 2026 για υποβολή ερευνητικών προτάσεων στο πλαίσιο της Ευρωπαϊκής συγχρηματοδοτούμενης Σύμπραξης Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETP). Η Γενική Γραμματεία Έρευνας και Καινοτομίας (ΓΓΕΚ/GSRI) χρηματοδοτεί τους ελληνικούς φορείς εγκεκριμένων διακρατικών προτάσεων. Call Modules: CM2026-01 Integrated energy system resilience in a changing environment, CM2026-02 Energy system flexibility in a high renewable energy sources (RES) scenario: energy generation, storage and system integration, CM2026-04 Industrial carbon management, CM2026-05 Hydrogen and renewable fuels.
Σε ποιους απευθύνεται
Επιλέξιμοι είναι ιδιωτικοί και δημόσιοι νομικοί φορείς: ιδιωτικές επιχειρήσεις (ΜΜΕ, μεγάλες κ.λπ.), ερευνητικοί οργανισμοί, ΑΕΙ, λοιποί δημόσιοι φορείς με δραστηριότητες Ε&Α, ενώσεις χωρίς οικονομική δραστηριότητα και ΜΚΟ. Φυσικά πρόσωπα και ατομικές επιχειρήσεις δεν είναι επιλέξιμα. Οι μεγάλες επιχειρήσεις χρηματοδοτούνται μόνο εφόσον συμμετέχει ελληνική ΜΜΕ στην κοινοπραξία. Διάρκεια έργου 36 μήνες.

Funding rates (%): Large enterprises — Industrial/applied research 50-65%, Experimental development/innovation 25-40%. Medium enterprises — Industrial/applied research 60-70%, Experimental development/innovation 35-50%. Small enterprises — Industrial/applied research 60-70%, Experimental development/innovation 45-60%. Universities/public research organisations — Basic research 100%. Public authorities with R&D activities — Basic research 100%. Associations without economic activities/NGOs — Industrial/applied research: Large up to 50%, Medium up to 60%, Small up to 70%; Experimental development/innovation: Large 25-40%, Medium 35-50%, Small 45-60%.
Προϋπόθεση: Public research Institutes and Universities: aid intensity up to 100% for non-economic activities. Private sector base: (a) 50% industrial research; (b) 25% experimental development; (c) 50% feasibility studies — may be increased up to a maximum of 70%.
- 2Ανώτατο όριο δημόσιας χρηματοδότησης ανά έργο
Upper limit of the total public funding will be 200.000€ per project (including indirect costs). This amount can be increased to 250.000€ per project if the Greek partner assumes the project coordination.

The aid intensities for industrial research and experimental development may be increased up to a maximum aid intensity of 70% of the eligible costs as follows: by 10 percentage points for medium-sized enterprises and by 20 percentage points for small enterprises.
+20%Προϋπόθεση: +10 ποσοστιαίες μονάδες για μεσαίες, +20 για μικρές επιχειρήσεις (έως μέγιστη ένταση 70%).
- 4Προσαύξηση έντασης ενίσχυσης για συνεργασία/διάχυση αποτελεσμάτωνbonus
By 15 percentage points if one of the following conditions is fulfilled: (i) the project involves effective collaboration between undertakings among which at least one is an SME, or is carried out in at least two Member States, or in a Member State and in a Contracting Party of the EEA Agreement, and no single undertaking bears more than 70% of the eligible costs, or between an undertaking and one or more research and knowledge-dissemination organisations, where the latter bear at least 10% of the eligible costs and have the right to publish their own research results; (ii) the results of the project are widely disseminated through conferences, publication, open access repositories, or free or open source software.

The aid intensity for feasibility studies may be increased by 10 percentage points for medium-sized enterprises and by 20 percentage points for small enterprises.
Επιδότηση 50%+20%Προϋπόθεση: Βάση 50% για μελέτες σκοπιμότητας· +10 μ.μ. για μεσαίες, +20 μ.μ. για μικρές επιχειρήσεις.

5- Δαπάνες προσωπικού (Personnel costs)
- •a – Personnel costs: researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the project.
- Όργανα και εξοπλισμός (Instruments and equipment)
- •b – Costs of instruments and equipment to the extent and for the period used for the project. Where such instruments and equipment are not used for their full life for the project, only the depreciation costs corresponding to the life of the project, as calculated on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles, are considered as eligible.
- Έρευνα επί συμβάσει, γνώση και διπλώματα ευρεσιτεχνίας (Contractual research)
- •c – Costs of contractual research, knowledge and patents bought or licensed from outside sources at arm's length conditions, as well as costs of consultancy and equivalent services used exclusively for the project.
- Πρόσθετα γενικά έξοδα και λοιπές λειτουργικές δαπάνες (Additional general costs)
- •d – Additional general costs and other operating expenses, including costs of materials, supplies, travel expenses, organization of meetings, dissemination/publicity costs, audit costs, incurred directly as a result of the project implementation.
- Έμμεσες δαπάνες (Indirect costs)έως 25% του Π/Υ
- •e – Indirect costs = flat rate of 25% of direct costs (except subcontracting costs). Indirect costs are eligible for all legal entities and include costs that do not incur directly as a result of the project implementation (e.g. administrative and management costs, utility costs).

RDI approaches and TRLs: TRL 3-8 in compliance with COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2021/1237, page 3, article 13. Other requirements/guidelines: COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 651/2014, COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2021/1237. Budget: 500.000,00 euros. Anticipated number of projects to fund: 2-3.

GSRI potentially supports private and public legal entities namely: private enterprises (such as SMEs, large-companies etc), research organizations, higher education institutions, and other public organizations with R&D activities, associations without economic activities, NGOs.
- 2Συμμετοχή ελληνικής ΜΜΕ για μεγάλες επιχειρήσειςΥποχρεωτικό
Large enterprises are eligible to receive funding under the condition that a Greek SME participates in the consortium.
- 3Όριο προτάσεων ανά φορέαΥποχρεωτικό
Applicants may submit, if they are enterprises, up to two (2) proposals from the same enterprise in the current call, and for Public research Institutes and Universities up to two (2) proposals at the level of the same Laboratory or School or Institute or Department.

Project duration 36 months.
Κριτήρια αποκλεισμού
3- Φυσικά πρόσωπα και ατομικές επιχειρήσεις
Individuals as well as individual enterprises are not eligible under this scheme. Besides natural persons, the following categories of undertakings are also not eligible.
- Προβληματική επιχείρηση (undertaking in difficulty)
An "undertaking in difficulty" (according to art.2 of Reg. (EU) 651/2014) whose affairs are being administered by the court, who have entered into an arrangement with creditors, who have suspended business activities or who are in any analogous situation.
- Εκκρεμής εντολή ανάκτησης ενίσχυσης
An undertaking which is subject to an outstanding recovery order following a previous Commission decision declaring an aid illegal and incompatible with the internal market.
